About the property:

Casa Josephine is a wonderful two bedroom apartment in central Puerto Del Carmen with a south facing balcony with panoramic sea and mountain views. There is a shared pool on the complex and FREE Wifi throughout the apartment.
The lounge area is comfortable and well furnished with a TV with full Sky TV package and a DVD Player. There are also a selection of DVDs, games and books.
The fully fitted kitchen has a full oven, four ring hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, ample range of cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. There is also a fresh water tap so no more lugging big water containers back from the shops!
There is a selection of large and small supermarkets within walking distance; the apartment is centrally located in quiet area only ten minutes stroll from beaches, main strip (Av de las Playas), sea front, old town and Bisofera Plaza shopping centre.
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided during your stay. Tea, coffee, milk and fresh drinking water are also provided for your arrival.
Sleeping arrangements
There are two bedrooms, one with double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe with a safe, chest of drawers and full length mirror and one with two single beds also with built in wardrobes, full length mirror and bedside tables.

Recommendations / Local Activity:
There are plenty of car hire and bike hire shops nearby including e-bikes, it is possible to ride all the way into Arrecife along the promenade where you will find lots of shops, bars and some great little tapas restaurants. You can also visit the The Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa better known as Gran Hotel - it is the tallest building on the island - why not treat yourself to lunch whilst enjoying the spectacular view from the 17th floor!
New to Puerto Del Carmen are the Wind Electric Scooters, you will find them all over the town. Simply download the app and away you go!
Casa Josephine is situated just a ten minute stroll to the beach and main strip in Puerto Del Carmen and the Old Town. There is a Lidl supermarket a 7 minute walk away and the Biosfera Shopping Centre is just a 10 minute walk away. Lanzarote Golf Club is a 5 minute drive whilst Ranchero Texas is a 4 minute drive away.

About: Puerto del Carmen
It is said than over 60% of Lanzarote's tourists holiday in the resort of Puerto del Carmen which covers several miles along the seafront.
The main coastal road goes through the mass of holiday homes, shops, offices and various bars and restaurants, and an abundance of villas, apartments
and hotels lie beyond. The majority of buildings in Puerto del Carmen are pleasantly designed, helped by the height restriction laws of the island.
